Seeraga samba (Biriyani/Jeera Rice) B&B Organics Seeraga samba is organically grown aromatic rice. It is long duration rice traditionally grown in South India. The rice is known for its rich aroma and flickering taste which is also the unbeaten choice for biryani.
How to use
Soak the rice in water for half an hour. To the heated oil, add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, and ginger paste and chilli powder. Mix well and add water. Add chopped carrot, beans, potato and soaked seeraga samba rice. After 5 minutes, add lemon juice, mint and coriander leaves and ghee. Your tasty biryani is ready.
